Compare routes against your usage needs
Check which service you need to access, then choose an exit location and billing option. VPNFJ brings route selection, device support, and refund terms together so you can review them side by side.
View All RoutesChoose a route based on real-world performance during peak hours
Slow access in the evening can be caused by your local network, the international route, or the destination website. VPNFJ offers three route types—IEPL, relay, and direct—so you can compare performance from the same exit location. Try pausing background downloads first, then test a familiar website or video. If another route in the same location works better, save it as a go-to option. Route names describe how a connection is made; they do not guarantee speed across all network conditions. Recheck your route when you switch networks while traveling.
Three route types: IEPL / relay / direct
Check your local network first, then compare routes in the same location. Test your chosen route in the apps you use.
Anonymous, no logs—keep your account secure
VPNFJ follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and uses encrypted connections for international access. No email address is needed to create an account; just use a username and password. Protect your privacy on your devices too: choose a unique password for your account and treat your subscription link like a credential. Don't share it in public chats or screenshots. Network acceleration does not override a destination website's account rules or prevent activity from being linked to you after you sign in. See the privacy policy for details on how information is handled.

Read the Privacy Policy →Use the same subscription across your devices
Use a computer for work and mobile devices on the go without switching to a different billing plan. VPNFJ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Sign in to the user panel to get the client and subscription for each platform, then test each connection. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices that can be online at once; it does not mean unlimited data. When choosing a plan, consider the combined usage across your devices, especially video streaming and background syncing.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Import the subscription and check the connection on each device. Data limits still depend on your selected plan.
Check service availability before using AI tools
Before accessing ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check each tool's supported regions and account requirements, then choose an appropriate exit location. A connected route only means that a network path has been established; it does not guarantee that the service will allow you to sign in, use features, or make payments. For regular work, keep your usual region consistent where possible. If an error occurs, note the message and determine whether it is a network issue or an account restriction. VPNFJ's international routes can improve your connection path, but they don't provide third-party accounts or guarantee access to third-party services.

See the AI tool route guide →Check streaming by catalog and video quality
Your experience with Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and YouTube depends on more than your route. Account region, content licensing, available titles, and your local network all play a part. To watch a specific title, check that it's available in your chosen region, connect to the corresponding exit, and test playback. If you choose HD or 4K, factor ongoing data use into your plan. If a page loads but a video returns an error, save the error message rather than relying on the route name to determine compatibility. See the guide for checks by use case.

See the streaming guide →7-day refund policy: know the terms
VPNFJ offers a 7-day refund policy and accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before choosing a plan, review how data resets, how long top-ups remain valid, and the full terms. After activating, test the apps you use on your actual devices and networks. If you have connection trouble, submit a support ticket through the user panel with your device platform, route location, and error message. Refund eligibility and how to apply are subject to the Terms of Service. Consider whether the service fits your needs based on more than a single advertised use case.

Compare distance and route type
Nearby exit locations can be a good starting point for everyday browsing, but distance alone does not determine connection quality. Carrier routing, relay paths, and the destination website's location can all affect performance. IEPL, relay, and direct describe different connection paths; the labels alone don't tell you which will always be faster. First choose an exit that meets the destination service's regional requirements, then compare routes using the same app and network. This makes it easier to find a reliable option for regular use.
Keep useful clues before switching routes
If a page fails to load, first check whether regular websites open. Then see if all apps are affected or just one service. The latter may be related to the service region, sign-in status, or app proxy settings, rather than the exit location. Note the route name and error message to find the relevant steps in the troubleshooting guide. For apps tied to a specific region, check the account rules before switching so you don't mistake an account issue for a network problem.

Open the download page, sign in, and check your plan status. Choose the client for your device, then return to the panel to get your subscription and follow the guide to import it. The subscription lets your client load route configurations; it isn't a webpage you need to keep open in your browser. Don't share the full link in public comments or discussions.
After importing, test your apps too
Once the route list appears, choose an exit and connect, then test your usual websites and apps. If your browser works but a particular app doesn't, check the client's proxy mode and the app's own settings. On mobile, system background restrictions can also affect the connection. Follow the getting started guide to check each step, from installation to import and use.
See the subscription setup guide →Choose a monthly plan based on your usage
Monthly plans suit ongoing use. Data resets monthly on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into the remaining days. Estimate your combined usage across devices before choosing a tier; device count alone isn't enough.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
For browsing, email, and text-based tools. If you stream video regularly, check your actual data use before choosing a plan.
- 60GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18/month
For a mix of work, downloads, and everyday viewing. If you use computers and mobile devices, include background syncing in your usage estimate.
- 250GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28/month
For everyday use that needs more data. HD streaming and large file transfers can add up, so check your remaining data in the user panel regularly.
- 500GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 7-day refund policy
Choose a data tier based on how you use it
If you need international websites regularly on workdays, a monthly plan's fixed reset schedule may be easier to manage. If you use the service less often, the never-expiring top-up balance may suit you better. Don't estimate your monthly needs from a single video; check your actual usage and factor in upcoming travel or work. Video quality, file size, and background tasks all affect data use, so rely on your usage history rather than a fixed viewing-time estimate.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and include a 7-day refund policy. The main differences between plans are data allowance and billing method—not a guarantee of access to every website. Third-party accounts, content, and paid benefits remain subject to each platform's rules.
Subscription and connection FAQs
Start by checking account, data, and device rules. For specific connection issues, follow the troubleshooting page by symptom instead of reinstalling the client right away.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use a unique password and keep your login details safe. Manage your plan, subscription, and support tickets in the user panel. Your subscription link is also a credential: hide the full link and sensitive account details in screenshots, and share only the error message needed for troubleshooting.
Can I connect a computer and mobile devices at the same time?
Yes. The number of devices online at once is unlimited. Set up the client separately for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider streaming, downloads, and syncing across all devices when estimating usage. If only one device has an issue, start by checking its client and network settings.
How do monthly plans and data top-ups differ?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Top-ups remain available until used and never expire. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; top-ups suit less frequent or irregular access. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check the full range of options on the pricing page, and note that data does not reset at the start of each calendar month.
What if AI tools or videos still won't load after connecting?
First check whether all websites are affected or just the service you're trying to use. For the former, check your local network, client connection, and proxy mode. For the latter, also check the service region, account status, and app settings. Note the exact error, selected exit, and device platform, then follow the matching steps in the troubleshooting guide. A connected route does not mean a third-party service has granted access or playback rights.
Which payment methods are accepted, and how do I request a refund?
VPNFJ accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 7-day refund policy. Read the refund terms in the Terms of Service first. If you need help, submit a ticket through the user panel. For connection issues, include your device platform, client error message, and route location. Never send your password or full subscription link. Find support and refund terms on the site.
