VPNFJ does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. An email address is optional. Do not include an email address or other personal information in your username. Account credentials are used for authentication and account management. Do not send your password through a support ticket.
To provide subscription services, this service processes account identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, transaction status, data usage, and subscription status. Usage totals are used for billing and quota management, not to identify browsing content. Text, screenshots, and issue details voluntarily submitted in a support ticket are used only to handle the related request. Before submitting, redact passwords, payment credentials, and subscription links.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNFJ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, communications, or DNS query records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. It does not create activity profiles linking accounts to the websites they visit.
Temporary operational status needed to establish connections and troubleshoot issues is processed only to the extent necessary to provide the current connection. It is not retained long term as a history of user connections. Such temporary status is not kept after a session ends or the immediate processing purpose is complete. Account usage totals and order records are service management data, not browsing logs. An anonymous no-logs policy does not prevent websites from recognizing their own accounts, cookies, or device information.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The website and user panel may use cookies or local storage to retain login status, authentication credentials, language preferences, and essential interface settings. This helps maintain sessions and reduce repetitive steps. These browser data are not records of websites visited through the service. When using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant site data.
Visit statistics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and navigation. They are not used to record websites accessed through international routes. Do not enter personal information in page query parameters. You can restrict cookies, clear local storage, or use tracking protection in your browser. Restricting essential storage may sign you out or make some features unavailable.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNFJ receives the transaction identifier, amount, and status needed to verify and complete an order. Do not provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third parties handle payment information under their own policies. Records on public transaction networks may remain visible and cannot be removed by deleting a VPNFJ account. This service provides relevant data only as needed to fulfill orders, provide necessary technical support, or respond to lawful requests. Personal information is not sold. Before proceeding to an external payment page, check the recipient details and order information.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account is in use. Order, payment verification, and support ticket records are kept only for as long as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Because different data serve different purposes, we do not promise a single fixed deletion period. When the purpose of processing is complete and there is no need to retain the data, it will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
To access, correct, or delete your information, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request in a support ticket. This service will perform the necessary account ownership verification. Deletion may affect subscription management and after-sales support. Records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted early, and their further use will be restricted. Clearing browser storage does not automatically close your account.
Policy Updates and Privacy Contact
When this policy changes, the revised text will be published on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to data uses or processing scope will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, continued browsing does not constitute consent.
